From your initial phone call or visit to our showroom Lisa will make an appointment for Kym, who has over 34 years’ experience in the trade, to come out and do an inspection and measure of your kitchen.
During the measure there are many factors to consider when designing your kitchen. These take in simple things like what type of cooking is predominately used? What ingredients do you use? Do you buy bulk quantities? What cooking equipment is required? Preference of energy, gas or electric? Dine in kitchen or separate dining room? Cleaning of dishes? Window and door locations, do any need to be reworked or modified? Any structural work required? All these questions and many more will be answered during our no obligation free measure.
Your kitchen design is then drawn using our 3D kitchen specific drawing programme and elevations and 3D images are produced. A quote is then prepared which can include what you require. Some simply require the cupboards to be installed where they take care of everything else. Most of our customers however, tend to go for our “one stop shop experience” where we include everything.
Supply and install of kitchen cupboards, plumbing and electrical connections, splashbacks, appliances including sink and taps and removal of existing kitchen cupboards. The only thing you need to do is remove your personal things and put them back 2 days later! Doesn’t get any easier than that! And generally it makes the whole package cheaper!
The next step is to sign off on all of the drawings, quote, specifications and HIA (www.hia.com.au) contract. This is a critical safe guard for everyone to give peace of mind that you will receive exactly what you have ordered. You will be given a copy of all documents.
Six to eight weeks later our team will arrive to complete the process. We are regularly praised for the great caring team of people we use from our own lads to our happy whistling plumber.
When we have ticked the final box you will receive your final invoice along with hopefully a very pleasant surprise!
We are often asked how long our warranty period is. We can only ever reply with “until we die” – again we live in the town and bad news travels quickly. We want everyone forever to be… “Another Happy Customer”.
